What is going on?

Hey guys, I just recently encountered this problem. I originally thought it was overwatering so I have let them go a few days without water but the situation seems to be getting worse. I don't want my work to go to waste. What should I do?

Any other opinions would be greatly appreciated.

light on temp: 78
lights off temp: 68
location: closet grow
light: 250 HPS
soil: happy frog
humidity: between 20-30

and i was doing an experiment so they have not had nutes for near two weeks.

wow, they dont look good at all. looks to me like underwatering not over-give em some and see if they perk back up-dont have much time left in em
