What is the best light for the most yield for 200

I got about 200 $240 I have a 3x3tent by 4 ft tall I'm looking for a good light for about five plans everybody keeps telling me I'm buying the wrong one what do you recomend please post a link Amazon would be preferably easier

That's Mars Hydro light would probably be decent from what I've heard for cheap.The Spiderfarmer SF1000 would be a close equivalent for slightly more. I wouldn't recommend putting 5 plants in that space though.
