Neolithic foods are just plain bad for you...
They contain toxins in small amounts after processing (plain out toxic if you don't), have a high glycemic index, are low in many vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and phytosterols, and tend to occasionally need supplements and/or the need to detoxify the body
Unfortunately, we don’t necessarily realize which supplements we need, and ironically when people go on detoxification diets they often consume even more Neolithic foods and therefore ingest even more toxins than usual (perhaps they somehow benefit from a change in toxins in the short term).
The Paleolithic Diet is the way to go....
