What is this bug??? Pics +rep

I found this thin crawling around on the top of the soil, there isnt any leaf damage and its the first ive seen in the 4wks Ive been vegging, I did have some gnats in the beginning but used neem oil and havnt seen any for over a week, my wife said she saw one of these mystery bugs on her cell phone the othe day, in a different room then the plant is in. heres the pic.

That my friend looks like an aphid. Get some Safer killing soap. pyrethrins-based organic insecticide. Thanks for the + rep!

it is an aphid. its the L shaped things on the back of it . they suck the life out of your plants . look on the under side of the leaves by the viens they tend to cluster up .

its a deer tickor a termite actually because it has the reimblance of a dust mite
