Looks like overwatering and what soil is that? looks way too dense I would foliar feed them some light nutes to green them up till you fix it

I’m not sure what brand it was but It was the only soil I could find in my local wal mart. But I stopped watering & raised the light, now they are doing much better. Thank you for the help
Next time add a bag of perlite in the soil. Will help with drainage, air ratio and stop the soil from getting so compacted.

i have the tsw2000 when i did seedling i had to turn both ballast all the way down to the lowest setting, than adjust height. the tsw1000 shouldent be too far off, its the same light just half the size. no sense in turning it up and having the light real far away, hope this helps. also here is a convo from a mars hydro rep, as I had questions of my own. again this was for a tws2000. the same light just a larger size.

Thanks for your waiting, this is Emmie from Mars Hydro.

The recommend hang height is that Seedling: 30'', Germination: 24''-30'', Veg: 18''-24'', Flower: 12''-18''

Usually, the factory setting 75%, which is the best for the plants growing, if you think it's too powerful, you can turn down. Please, kindly notice don't turn up to avoid reduce the light lifespan and damage the light.
