What kind of bug is that and is it dangerous?

Hey guys, I have some bug infestation problem. As you can see from the picture it is a flying insect and looks like an elongated fly or big flying ant. I assume they came in with the dirt and hatched under the human made sun. I use organic "Flying Skull" and spray plants weekly, however, does not seem that it affects these bugs. I kill them with rolled paper, and so far probably killed like 50 of them or more. The yellow sticky paper does not affect them at all, they just not interested in it. I also hanged fly sticky rolls in the tent and these bugs seem to avoid it too.
Any idea what these flying bugs are? How do I kill them all? Any danger to my babies?

Ok, a bit confused, if these wasps are killing any other bugs in the tent than why should I worry about them? However, it is weird to come into tent and see them flying around. How do I kill them anyway? I looked up online and did not find anything definitive.

They were probably in your soil. They should just die out.
