What kind of light bult

Hi, im looking to buy a light for my plants. I only have 4 so i think just one light bult is good enough.

What kind of light bult should i get?
I live in US, and there is a Home Depot store right next to my house so any brand do you preferred?
also what should i use to reflect the lights off the wall. is alumminum foil alright?

gah i bought the wrong light =/
i wanted to find a MH light but there werent any at my Home Depot

you can use a 250 or 400 watt high pressure sodium light for the entire grow.

If money's tight, a couple 4' fluro fixtures w/40 w tubes, will produce bud. Not ideal, but works. W-Mart 9.98 for the fixture. Regular 40W cool white tubes 2@$2.98. If you go there, and have a few extra bux, see if there's a 40W fluro gro-lux/aquarium tube at about 6 bux. Those may help due to red spectrum. Keep tops as close as possible to the tubes. Only the ends (of the tubes) are hot.. If you must choose, stick with the whites, as the reds only put out 1800 lumins. The whites, around 4k.
