actually hawaiian gold bud IS a plant, i don't know what kind of plant but i've seen the stuff and it's literally a bud from some plant. It doesn't contain anything that'll get you high but it is a bud... that you can smoke.
that stuff is catnip and wild lettuce. It will make you fucking want to kill someone because it is like smoking toilet paper. No effect at all. total waste.
