What should I expect from thrips?

So I bought a couple clones from a local dispensary & like a twat waffle I didn't spray them before I put them in my room. And now I have thrips. I noticed some strange black & white shit on a few of the leaves. Flip one over & see a little crawler.

Will neem once a week be enough? I already blasted all my plants with azamax. Has anyone had to deal with these little bitches? What should I expect?

And just so I am sure these are thrips right?

i got those little bastards as well im sure of it... but the thing is... i dont know if its cause im organic and my soil lives but my lady is growing faster than ever... could b cause i just saw them or... dont know but i would liek to know as well what to expect from somebody

Well now you know that you have been smoking pesticide every time you bought from that dirty little "local dispensary" ... Id take those clones back get your money back clean your rooms super good 2 x than order some seed . Not have to spray for dirty little bugs once a week .

I am still seeing a few of these little dicks. So far they have damaged a few clones.
