what sort of yield can i expect out of this

Love my sf2000 but you could save some cash by buying the stuff separate!
My tent and filter set was £140 and sf2000 was £240 ish directly of their site

First grow mate! All reviews liking it to a 400-600hps,

so really it will come down to what strain and how many/ techniques you use buddy

Where I'm at the now after 4 weeks

But definitely check Ebay for cheaper set ups
