I heard they can go up to 3 days, I wouldn't test ^ theory, better safe than sorry.

Employer says he will call me today but so far no reply, what should i do? Wait a few days and follow up again?

Actually, a Thank You note will do the trick.

Nothing fancy. Just one of those simple Thank You cards people send out.

All you need to do is thank the interviewer for taking the time to meet with you. Not much more.

It makes a difference.
