So much extraordinary talent has come from the gay community and bisexuals over the course of history; Socrates, Plato ,da Vinci ,Shakespeare, Michelangelo, Proust, Walt Whitman.............and on and on ( same with lesbians). Whitman, that wild Bohemian, during the Civil War,witnessed large scale homosexuality amongst the soldiers in the battlefield( he toured many of those sites while the war was raging).He wondered if there was a link between homosexuality and democracy. He coined the word, " interwetting ", if you were wondering.

As a gun owner I would have to purchase a few more firearms. The Right wing and Christian Right are cut from the same cloth. Every good militia member claims to be Godly men and that god and family are all that matters. I would bet those who represent the Christian evangelicals own a whole bunch of firearms per capita.
53% of Republicans, 36% of Independents, and 31% of Democrats own firearms! Democrats need to join a left leaning gun club and buy a scoped bolt action and a pump shotgun. I smell the stink of a rotting country and we can’t be run over roughshod while cowering in our safe room. Thank God that the man’s favorability rating numbers are dropping amongst the Republicans. Maybe not Republicans in government, but discontent could reach a few politicians. Civil war could never happen could it?
