With a $20 gift card budget i woukd get a fan controller, digital light timer or put thwt $20 to some high quaility seeds/genetics. If we are talking around $200 upgrade to a 600w hid light which i am doing anyways and/or upgrade to a 6 inch inline fan and larger carbon filter or lastly a cheap tent for veg.

Forgot about a fan speed controller, I wish i could find one with like 80% speed Instead of the Hi-Med-Lo. I wonder what percent low is?
 
Oh thats easy......i wish i could take all my Gavita 6/750's back and buy the new (for us) p.l. double ended lights that just hit the "hobby" market. Thems the ones in all the real pro greenhouses. I like em. If the reflectors are anything like the p.l. (Hortilux Schrader) hoods back in the 90's then these are the end all be all hps lamps. I want them. Bad. I wish i would of known p.l. was going to hit the market. I would of passed on Gavitas. But they are very similar. And iam quite happy with Gavitas.....they kick mucho ass.

I was thinking of an inline fan for my 600 w with a fan blowing an AC, highest the temp reaches is 82.
