yes you will... it took me awhile and i was driving cars when i was six weeks old....
well i cant sit here all day doing nothing,especialy as i just got me car back after 2 years of no driving ..lol, im like a kid with a new toy at mo with it as can get out and about lol..right im off do me shopping:weed:

and for dinner tonight it will be the sirloin steaks 1 1/2" cut that have been marinating overnight,with an olive oil and montreal steak spice rub ,with a czar salad

My Mom was sickly and I had to stay home and run the household at the age of four days. I must admit the oven took me a day to reach.

Im thinking about making the sirloins tonight to.They are good.Either them or leftover tacos.

hhhmm sounds nice.
so 2 of you having steak tonight..i got beans on toast all i can afford

Yah...but you gotta luv the Porter....it's a great cut. NY strip is my fav though...porter second...filet third...rib eye fourth.

Yea I get the all natural beef too. It's way more tender. A porter house t-bone is a ny strip on the left and a fillet on the right by the way so its the best of both worlds. I know this because I cooked in restaurants for like 10 years.

Here's a tip for you steak eaters.... if you have refrigerated the meat...marinade or not...let the steak sit out for an hour before cooking it. It will cook more evenly. :wink:

Yes you are right about room temp steak. Thats the only way I cook it.
