it wasn't fair calling my dinner pork chops at over an inch thick and done on the grill they were pork steaks and my wife's rice pilaf was perfect , all with a side of steamed broccoli topped with cheese ....life is good

coffee will suppress the urge to eat.

Unless I have company staying with me...which is far too often..:lol: I go by the double growl rule.

At some point when you are hungry...ur stomach will start to growl. I ignore it, and after a few minutes...my body gives up...then later on...the second wave will kick in...and be much more persistent. That is when I eat. Crazy? :lol:

nah man, quet logical.. usually the first hunger pang is a sign of dehydration, which is cured by a glass of water
Reccomended by nutritionists if ur over-eating..also if ur still hungry after a glass of water then have an apple..
if ur still hungry then its time for a double quarter pounder wit cheese

Never seen multigrain french bread. Did someone bake it themselves? I recently got a bread machine and am trying new recipes. I did a 5 grain dark whole wheat that was nice! Similar to bread i had in Prague a few years ago.

huh? what is a pork chop normally looking like? you cut it off the loin, it's a chop, cus it's chopped off, chop chop chop chop chop, chopped off. in the UK pork chops are nealy always an inch or so unless you buy from tesco or other supermarkets.

game hens (just read that they're the same thing as pouissin) are luush, so quick to cook but so fecking annoyiung to eat :lol:

i've got to get out and find a bunch of cheese boards so i'm going to pop by ikea and get their hotdogs for lunch. mmmm, 69p goodnessss :lol:
