Cooked up a roast for the family tonight. Boned turkey thigh stuffed with pork and sage stuffing 
Followed it up with a honey and mustard chicken salad, and it's just about time for some coconut and mango ice cream and some champagne sorbet Maybe i'll even go as far as to chuck a pack of beef ramen in the microwave Alas i'm not in the mood for that monkfish so think it's just gonna have to go in the bin. Bit of a waste of a kilo of tails but hey, it was free, shit happens.

got my stove up and running again!!!! been a shitty couple of weeks at the 2paranoid residence but we're getting things back on the rails. It may not look like much, but this is the first time I've cooked something on the stove as opposed to in the microwave/takeout in a whiiile. Herb rubbed chicken with tomato and onion and egg noodles with carrots and beans

hahah i am actually a fan of spice but not crazy heat. i grow loads of chillies in the greenhouse each year but more for the colourful strings i can then hang in the kitchen. i do occasionally toss a couple into the slow cooker if i'm doing a chilli con carne etc

Was feeling lazy last night and just threw chicken in oil and fried it, but when it came out, doused it in green pepper sauce. Hot, but not too hot. Fucking great, still smiling thinking about it

my brother grows all sorts of those hot ass, literally, lol, peppers every year.. drives a couple of hour away each spring to get the plants.. idk, i like a lil spicy, but if i got the ring sting, i've gone too far.. i just don't find it enjoyable sitting on the shitter and wanting to dip my ass in the cool shit water just to stop the burning.. not really my scene, lol...
omfg, quick story since we're on the subject.. a few years ago i was at work and had a bad case of swamp ass, you know, when things just feel messy back there.. so i went into the first aid cabinet and found some wipes to clean glasses off with, headed into the handicapped stall and got comfortable, opened up the wipe, and went about trying to clean myself up a bit and killing the funk.. well, lo and behold, holy shit, who knew alcohol on the arse would hurt so bad?? i used them on my hands all the time and never felt a thing, but omfg, just a word of warning, don't try and use them on the old bum, lol..
go ahead and laugh at my expense, i deserve it, lol..
