worm, if you;re ever cooking fish, wrapping it in fiol, for the exact same reasons, are often essential. noone likes dry fish, the steam and water kept inside the foils keeps it lovely and moist, mmmmmmmm, i've never in my life bbq'd a steak. how sad is that!
