place the fillet on a garlic crustini to avoid making the steak soggy and enjoy the best tasting steak ever.
A true wellinton is a pain in the ass, not to mention liver pate` tastes like shit. When i make wellingtons I usually stuff the pastry with a mushroom duxcelles (pronounced deux-cell) instead.
