Unfortunately I don't mess with teas and am kind of new to organics in general, but your soil pH looks good so it does look like it's probably nute burn. Hopefully someone with more experience with teas can chime in, I'm not sure if you should flush the soil or not the way your feeding.

Great note taking btw. I wish I was that organized. At least once a week I sit, stoned, staring at my plants ... trying to remember if I fed them last watering!

how and when do you check ph?

When was the last time you calibrated your meter?

What nutrients do you use? What soil do you use?

If you want real answers you will need to give details not listed on your notes.

Ocean forest is hot to begin with, if you're adding a bunch of other nutes its going to burn being that young.
Only because it's been reused it wasn't a fresh batch my local store was in back order so I reused the soil from before

How old is the ph meter? when was it last calibrated?

Reused soil will have residual nutrients. Not necessarily the issue here but pertinent information still.

Recommendation is to cut your feed strength by 1/2 for a few cycles. Watch the the new growth to make new adjustments if needed .
The old growth will not improve/heal however should not get worse than it is.

Be sure your PH meter calibration is correct.

Correct any PH imbalance BEFORE watering the plants. Mix ferts, check PH, adjust as needed BEFORE watering the plants.

Over all the pics do not look terrible. They can still produce a bountiful harvest depending on your course of action and
the amount of time you plan to veg.

Defiantly way too many nutes. I'm using Happy Frog with straight RO water and it's still too hot sometimes depending on the strain. The only thing i'll add during early veg is some bio-root occasionally.
