What's the Best Way?

Hello, im living in Latvia, thats in baltic states and i wanted to ask this:
1 .I wanted to know what kind of seeds should i order for outdoors becouse the climate in latvia isn`t the best for groving, but im sure there`s something that`ll grow ?^^
2. Whats the best way of growing in this climate?
3. When is the best time to do it?

I know nothing of Latvia other than where it is located on the map, but Ill do my best to help.
1.I know its cold, I would recommend Northern Lights or Big Bud. There are plenty other options out there for you to choose from, just google cold weather strains. You could check what strains are being used in Northern canada.
2. I compared your average temps from may to october with my local temps. They seem very close. Just a couple degrees different I know people have great success here with only a 150 day or so growing season. So I would think you could have a successful grow as well.
3. Typically you would plant after last spring freeze and harvest before last fall freeze.

Get a good strain and give the lady what she wants. Sorry if this wasnt too helpful. I'm sure you will get a better response. This site has so much knowledge I spend most of my time on here reading. Just trying to give back. Good luck!
