I'm on day 18 quitting after smoking at least 1-2 blunts a day minimum.

I need to find a legit job and don't want to mess with drug tests so in the meantime I setup my grow in my signature to keep me busy.

I guess no smoke hasn't had any bad effects yet, I mean motivation is completely back now so thats a great thing haha .

So whats the longest you ever quit smoking for after being a heavy smoker?

im on day 2 without bud and i dont plan on buying anymore for a while. I cleaned all my pipes, smoked the rez, and that was that. Kinda sucks, but i'll live. Xp i hope

longest ive gone was probably like... 2 years. but at that time i wasnt really into the culture behind it as much as i am now. so now it'll be a bit of a challenge

I've stopped all smoking tho, not just weed. i like clove cigs and i bought a pack about a week ago and ripped thru it way faster than i usually do, so i was like "holy crap, cant be a smoker... must stop for a while"

the first week is the suckiest >.<

3 hours because I didn't want the giggles at a funeral but aside from that iv'e been steady stoned since I was 16.:blsmoke:

2 years thanks to my god-fearing parents...

Anyways, the reason you don't feel a little crappy yet is because your body still has a lot of cannabinoids in your system which still give you all the benefits of smoking without actually smoking. Once those are flushed out of your system you'll notice a difference. It's not necessarily a bad one though.

2 years - after smoking for 8 years, i just wanted to see the difference.
There was no difference, except i had less reason to visit people.
I started again after that, and have had several breaks of a few months or weeks,
its been 14 years since then.

Don't come with that demotivational shit, tho
thats all in your own head.

Exactly. The whole motivation issue is a mental one. Pot doesn't cause you to be less motivated, you do. haha

i quit smoking for 3 and half years for a job after heavily smoking for 10 years.. didnt feel any ill effects when i quit and i still was just as lazy lol.

I went to Mexico back in May for 9 days straight, and let me tell you, I had the ganja on my mind a lot. I had a chance to buy some on the streets there, but F that. Didn't want to end up in a Mexican jail haha. As for the quitting, it's not that bad, kinda fun actually because when you get high again....you get hella high!:blsmoke:
