From the info given I can tell you, you most likely have a pest as well as a nutrient problem. For 3 months they look pretty under-developed. To get a more specific answer from a more knowledgeable member your going to need to give a lot more details on your setup and proccess.

First thoughts, just looking...

The plants are packed with Nitrogen.
Too much Nitrogen makes plants weak and susceptible to pests/disease.
Too much Nitrogen and not balanced with other minerals in the food can make the plants stretch like that.
Small pots can make plants srtetch like that.

You have to give them only clean water for the next at least 2-3 waterings and then see what's up.
You also have to find and identify the bug that is munching on your leaves to be able to formulate a plan of attack.

Also, you are overwatering; watering too soon when they don't need it keeping them too saturated at all times. Air to the roots is the most important thing!
Let the pots/soil dry well before watering, whenever you think it's time wait another day, or two!

Thanks both of you, I will take your advice and use water for the next 3 waterings, and I'll find that bug ;p

Looking around the net a bit.. this resembles grasshopper damage, maybe..
..but I don't know.. just a guess for you.

or cutworms
while looking at 'cutworm leaf damage' google search I found this picture..
..which I think resembles the eating pattern seen on your leaves, sort of.. just a guess, I don't know.
The way the holes don't necessarily start at the leaf edges but just in the middle holes...
