I've got the new gen '22 turbo hatch. Such an amazing car. I paid right at MSRP right before last year's supply chain breakdowns got bad. Still had to wait like 6 weeks for delivery, but I got a great deal compared to most.
The Type-R is incredible, but the price tag is insane. You're better off buying the top of the line integra at a similar sticker price, minus the bidding wars.
I saw on reddit last gen Type R's, used, going upwards of $70k. Highest I saw was $95k for the mugen yellow edition.
My best friend is sitting on an EVO 8 MR that he could turn around and sell for over $100k.

It's packing a kick-ass NASCAR engine with dual overhead bearings and chrome fender dents !
