So a little update since i want to know generally how long you have to wait before these "LSD" getting couch lock high. I have never flowered a plant this long before. Its now 78 days after flip, and im unsure if its finished or not to get couch lock effect? What do you guys think.

It doesn't work like that, harvest when they're done.

So they look ready or what do you think ?
They look ready, try and check also the lower buds and see if the pistils are brown and swell in to the bud, to be sure get a magnifier and check for amber thricomes, couple amber thricomes means that is ready depends also how ripe u like it.

I got different results when i look at the trichomes. Pheno 1 got mostly milky and the other two got a mix mostly containing of clear and amber. How should i measure with this ? Should i wait for the clear ones to go milky and get more amber?

I d say wait at least till the clear ones get milky and maybe a little amber
