Friends, growerz, country folk...lend me your earz...

There is obviously no right or wrong answer here...how about we do what we want with our growz and abandon pointless arguing? The only thing we can all be sure of and agree on is that when the triches mature the plant is done.

Good Luck and Great Growz :peace::peace::peace:

It does make sense. I called Advanced Nutrients and asked them. They said their nute directions are written to count flowering on day 1 of flip to 12/12.

So there, smarty pants.
Taking advice from AN of all companies isn't exactly smart.

For one, they want you to use their products as much as possible. The more nutes your using the faster your bottles empty, forcing you go out and buy more. That's what they want.

That's what I want too. If you could see my harvests, you'd agree.

Why does AN get bashed for recommending to feed plants aggressively? A lot of growers who use bottled nutes do so without having to be encouraged. I want my plants to have all the nutes they can use. I can read preliminary signs of nute burn and back off a little bit when necessary.

If you want to be a peacemaker around here youll need a large ppm meter, like a blue lab truncheon, the big one. Then you just bash everyone in the head with it. Tadaa. Peace is made.

It starts the first day you flip the switch, but you can't go by that, time or even pistol's at times, the only true way is to get a scope which they are only $15 and you can keep an eye on the trikes, some strains may say 8 weeks and end up being 12 weeks you don't know until you grow them and it also depends alot of our environment , but you better send whoever helped you a care package!

The day 12/12 starts is day one of flower. Why would a breeder count from the day flowers start to form? Could be different from grow to grow with co2, hydro vs soil, cfls vs hps.....
Some breed outdoor. That is another reason for confusion. You could pretty much have a 55 day or a 70 day depending how you look at it. I've alway counted from flip so I usually plan 9-10 weeks on most hybrids.
