im in southern ontario and im wondering the same thing, we are pretty close to each other. I was planning on putting plants outside the 4th week of april with this weather we are having lately. If you are starting with already decent sized plants u can go sometime around then too, if your putting small seedlings, sprouts, or seeds outside id wait till a week or 2 into may because they would not do well under the stress of the cold

I start mine from clones and veg for 4 weeks indoors. Then i plant around the may 24 weekend, Im in eastern canada. Last year here we had some what of an early spring. Come early May we had two bad nights of frost. May 24 weekend is our rule of thumb.
