when to repot and add some nutes?? help please?

hey. my plant is about 2 1/4 week old and its about 1 1/4 inch tall. and its in a little plastic dixi cup.
heres a lil pic to kinda give u an idea. should i repot it into a bigger red plastic cup?


also now that its almost 2 1/2 weeks old since i started the germination process.

should i add a little bit of plant food to it just to help it grow or how long should i wait to add it?

can't really say anything bro.... i would waste my soil on that yet imo....

Maybe my eyes are going... but is the plant brown???

If it is brown or purple like that after 2 weeks I say start a new seed... that thing is not looking too well bro.

Yup, its dead. Try again and hopefully the next one grows.
