when to start nutes and switch to tent?

Ok so I started these seeds 6 days ago after a 2 day germination for them to pop. This is a 3 plant grow to supply two people, my wife and I.

Strains:
Nirvana Raspberry cough feminized
Ripper Seeds Grapegum feminized
Herbies freebie Queen critical feminized.

Currently they are all three seedlings and are under a T5 2x4. Up until yesterday I had the light approximately 5"-6" away, I have recently moved it up to around 18"-20" away. They are in Big City Hydro Coco right out of the bag. They are not in my tent, they are simply in my grow closet on a shelf under light. All three seedling look like the provided picture.

Here are my questions:

1) When should I start using nute mix water and not just plain water
2) How big should they be when I move them into the 3x3 tent?

FYI - 3x3 tent they will grow under a California Light works Solarstorm 220

A couple things.. First, you're going to need WAAAYYY more light for the 3x3.. You could put it in the tent whenever, so I'm sorry I can't be more help with that one..

Coco doesn't have any nutes so I feed light when I get to second set of leaves...

What if I was to daisy chain another one of these CLW 220's and run 2 of them in the 3x3 tent?

according to CLW these are the recommended coverage areas for 1 unit, with that would it be wise to get another one just for the flowering stage?:

• Recommended Coverage Area:
  Bloom: 2' x 2'
  Veg: Up to 5' x 5'
