When to transition from misting seedlings to full-on watering w/ runoff?

Up until now I've just been wetting the top of the coco with a spray bottle, no proper watering.

Well A. Moron, why grow in a medium that you don't know how to use? Never used coco but I'm sure there's a ton of coco info around here somewhere. Hope you figure it out.
