When to up pot

My plants are 14 days old today since they sprouted. At what point should I up pot into my 3 gallon?

Magdraft let the soil dry out a bit, until there's some space between the soil and the cup wall, then turn the cup upside down and slide the root ball out.

If there's lots of roots showing circling the root ball then up pot, if there's nothing then wait a while.

.

Another indicator is how often you have to water - when you're watering every day it's probably time to up pot.

I start in a 1L pot, once I see roots at the base of the pot I go up into a 2.5L pot and then a few weeks before I intend to flower them I put them in 3 imperial gallon pots.

I've been giving them a shot glass of water every day as they are bone dry on top. my humidifier didn't turn off so my humidity hit 90% in my tent. once they dry out I will try and see if they slide out.

They don't draw water from the top

Not a good method

Your plants will always pop out dry or wet just hold stem and tap pot

I like to up pot as soon as possible

If you're going to drench then add water to the top until you get a bit of run off from the bottom.

If you just water the top of your soil you'll eventually get dry spots at the bottom of your pots where the roots won't grow.
