If you have slow release nutrients in your medium you simply can not flush it and the plant will not fade until the fertilizer runs out
In soil less medium 4-5 days are usually enough to see some fading.

well i'm in soil perlite mix no slow release nutriants tho I was useing Ionic by Growth Technology unless thats classed as a slow release but I think it would say on the bottle if it was. thanks for the reply Yekke

It is not, but did you soil mix had any?
If not, you plants should fade roughly 7 days after a serious flushing of the medium to remove any nutrient leftovers.

The Ionic liquid fertilizers are fast release fertilizers.

You know whatI ment weed freak and no my soil nether had any slow release feed in it thanks for the reply. It also took a long time for the water to run clear out the bottom of the pot may be there is still some nutrient in the soil gave it another flush today and now the water is running clear.

It doesn't matter if they run "clear", you need their EC to be close to the water you'r putting in.

Just to make sure i'm doing this correct do you push water through the soil every day or do you let soil dry up between flushies?

ppm is used to measure a certain element in a liquid solution. ie, the ppm of NO3 in your feed.
But the "cheap" pens can not do that to all elements and give a final reading - they just check the EC (which is so much easier to test) and convert it to "ppm" by a random denominator.
EC is a much more constant reading as it doesn't change between pens.

I do not flush soil at all.
But if you were to flush a soil you would need to run a lot of water through the soil until the outcome EC is close to the entrance EC and (=flush) then water without fertilizers until you chop the plants but only as needed - you still need to make sure you do not over water.
After a flush you got to wait until the soil is dry before the next watering.
Idealy you would get a constant 100-300 mbar matrix pressure in your soil - not letting it dry too much or soak too much.

Alright thanks for the info Yekke i guessed you had to let soil dry up inbetween flushies to give the plant time tho drink that water. just that some troll told me you constenly water every day but thanks again.

It's not about the water, it's about the air. The roots needs air.
At 100-300 mbar the plants get the proper ratio of air and water, in most potted soil mixes.

I water my 90L tubs of soil every day with around 2L of water to keep a constant water content, but I monitor the tubs with this thing:

For the rest of the cannabis plants I give water when starting to dry, every 2-10 days. If I don't use the meter I judge by lifting the pot - a pot without water is much lighter to lift.

I know it's to do with air flow in the root zone but the plan water that the plant will soak up would help it to eat the build up of food in laves and root zone
