The only thing that
No, switching from sunlight to hid lighting does not cause stress. People hang hids in greenhouses for supplemental lighting on cloudy or short days. You guys just coming up with this shit off the top of your heads? Even the sun's color temp changes from morning to dusk and in cloudy or clear skies for fucks sake.

: Exactly you can very easily force a plant into flowering by bringing it outside in the sunlight for 12 hours a day. Not hard to do with only a couple plants to move around. Now as sticky said above you can go both ways with this by using Supplement lighting indoors (greenhouse) to keep it in veg.. The big thing now days is light deprivation as I'm sure any greenhouse grower knows. Basicly this is covering the greenhouse to block off light and force bud by shortening the day light hours. This is a real big thing now days in NoCal because there beating the outdoor grows with finished product. My greenhouse when the day comes to build WILL for sure have light deprivation and supplement lighting. With heat and A/C I can grow year round and bud when ever I want no matter the season. Even in the cold as winters here in Michigan.... Legalize 2016!!!

I think the op's problems run deeper then bringing it inside and out. Genetics, nutrients and so on.

LOL i dunno man whats the big deal its his plants right ?? yo green house sunlight is sunlight not hard to force a plant in flower in middle of summer actually i was pretty shocked how easy it is REALLY ..
Last time i checked light hrs dictated when flower set occurs
and like i said what i did was place plant in dark room for 48 hrs then back outside plant got its 12 hrs of sunight then i carried the bitch back into dark room by end of second week she was fully flipped
presently i am on 17.5 hrs of sunlight and middle of 3rd or beginning of 4th week of bloom the i donot bother to take plant in or out anymore presently 17.5 hrs of sunlight and guess what she is blowing up :) IMG2232.jpg IMG2230.jpg

How long has it been kept in 17.5 hours now. Sure days are getting shorter but from 12 back to 17 is gonna cause problems. Like very good possibility it will morph..IDK maybe I'm wrong.lol good luck with that.

How often do you see a indoor grow increase hours after it starts budding? I could see maybe giving it 15 or so then back to 17.5. But 5 more hours of light a day after forceing at 12. Gonna be problems.

Then again outdoor light is deferent as far as constant intensity. So it will only get a givin number of hours of direct sun light. Maybe fine. Just not anything I would try myself. Keep us posted Darth Vap....and yes they look great now.

will do Blueback got them in a drying box gonna keep them there for 6-7 days and then in the jars they go if there readdy do you think that is a adequate time for drying? also i have watch alot of videos on curing but some say wait for stem to snap and another say pliable stem and buds must be crisp to the touch think that's where i have been going wrong because get the grass smell. Don't know what's the correct method is any one got some insight thanks

Dry to a damn near snap. Then jar but make sure you crack the jars 3 times a day. May even need to take out of jars into paper bags for a day or 2. They will go from snap to bend if not dry enough for jars. Once back in jars again crack 3 times a day. You want them crisp for jar cure. Many strains are different as far as getting the best flavor from them. My Girl Scout Cookies is a must cure for best flavor my White Fire is good to go immediately. Once again its a trial and arrror thing. But to straiten the learn curve try above. Also all sug leaf off to begin with is crusial.

alright thank you i think i have let them dry to much or to fast in the past to the point where the bud feels crispy and the bud stem spaps in half. Also i have tried them boveda 62 humidity packs with not much luck maybe the buds where to dry. Thanks again

Personally I would never wait till the stems dry(snaps).........pliable is a must if you want to keep your cure as simple as possible........and get the best flavour from your hard earned buds........just my op because it's never failed for me.......that bit of moisture will help the weed(trichs) ferment and give you a lovely smooth tasty smoke at the end........

No just the lush buds that should have some moisture trapped in the inner stem......this is enuff to let the process work just fine.......
