Sorry your other thread got closed, strangerdude.
Maybe we can start another one here, unless it's in violation of some forum rule that I am unaware of.

Here's my "Bessie":

(not actually a pic of mine, but the same model: a Smith and Wesson model 36, snubby .38.
I don't ever really plan on owning another firearm, nor do I ever hope to use it on a living target. Any other snubby .38 owners out there? :peace:

Growing and owning guns don't mix. If you get caught with the two, mandatory minimums come into play as well as time in federal prison...

Add Aggravated to all of your charges if you get busted. And yes it applies if it's legal.

If you have a gun on your property and are in possesion of drugs, even if it's a deer rifle in a gun safe, it's aggravated.

Aggravated assault? Even if there's no assault that took place and both the gun and the marijuana is perfectly legal? This is all news to me.
I appreciate the information! :peace:

Every charge can be "aggravated" I think it means a gun is present.

Aggravated robbery,
Aggravated possesion....

I always thought that aggravated possession was akin to trafficking and had nothing to do with firearms.
Learn something new every day! Thanks again for the heads up. :peace:

I just recently finished my firearms course, and I learned that with Canadian laws, if I get caught with an ounce of weed, I loose my guns for 10 years, and anyone who is living with me will lose their guns as well...
