Where from here?

Hello, this is my first grow and i am running a DWC bubble bucket set up. I finally got relative control of my environment and my plants have really taken off. I have dabbled a little with a combination of LST and supercropping in addition to having topped them about two weeks back. I am in the 4th week of veg and i suddenly realized that other than change the lighting and nutes, i really don't know much about the flowing process. my first question is, how close are they to being ready to flower? i want them to be around two feet i guess, but the LST is making the height much shorter. Also I've heard that it may be beneficial to keep using veg nutes for a week or two after cutting the lights back. is this true? linked is a picture of the girls. that one is so small because it almost died and suddenly bounced back.

I would not use the veg feed for any of he flowering weeks. He veg nutes are not made for and slow the budding process down. Use the flowering food from the start of your flowering cycle. You can flower anytime, I like to wait til my plants are between 24-30 inches. I don't know your style of grooming so don't know if you want a bush or just about 4-6 main colas. They look ok. Good luck. Have patients more than anything and a lil extra nutes in the mix is usually never a good things.

I would, and do, use veg nutes in the first two weeks of flower. The plants need the extra nitrogen the first two weeks of flower because of the amount of growing they do. They WILL NOT slow the budding process, this is light related.

My style of grooming is just trying to keep light to the new growth. right now they are growing super compact like a bush. I guess this is OK unless it is going to hurt my yield. I think the LST will help the branches spread out a little. I'm really just going for an even canopy.
