You turn blue only if you apply it to your skin and stand out in the sun for ours..You'd have to be a fool to do that....It IS a good way to obtain publicity, though.

Combusting plant matter with dried up cs on it, is not the same as taking a dose of liquid cs orally. Pretty sure it is not conducive to good health or experience.
