The buds are the most valuable part. Separate them from stems, and leafs.... roflmao

trim off all leaf

everything else is compost because your not ready for making hash yet
well... who knows maybe your the hash master of the future... look into bubble hash

If you wanna be technical, the tops are the most potent and usually finish first. Then the middle of the plants and colas are good for commercial purposes. Street worthy for sure.
The bottoms of the colas or pop-corn buds are gonna be the least potent and are best used for edibles and concentrates.
Some of you 'really smart' people need to check yourself.
