Which week to cut off lower 1/3 branches when lollipopping

Im planing on doing a perpetual grow from clone to flowering & my question is:

During which week am I supposed to trim off the lower 1/3 of branches when performing the lollipop grow method?

i do it the first week, then again the third week

Is that during veg or flowering?

no veg. straight 12/12 from clone

i do it the same.. 1st and 3rd week of flowering... i like the plant to have all its leaves and shoots during veg
