I read before on this site that if in doubt leave it out , the grower was giving advise on overfeeding with nutes. Iv taken that advice cause it looks like my plants will finish on day 60 or before. Half the pistils are now orange and the buds are very frosty. Altough i have no microscope even after been warned on several occasions ill need one to determine harvest time im just gonna have to take a guess when that time comes but i hope ye can help me on that by examining pictures i post. As the heading stats i have started to flush the plants today so there is no taste of nutes off the plants and i think with 50+% amber pistils my plants are getting very close to the cut.

Hey, just went back and looked at your pictures from a week ago to compare them to now and things seem to be progressing very nicely for you. I don't know if they will be ready before the 60 day mark because you don't want to miss out on any of the "goodness" that happens at the end, but I am very interested to see what you get here and to hear a smoke report. Keep up the good work~dieselfan

Hi dieselfan :bigjoint: thanks for the positve comments , when the pistils turn 70% orange ill prob have no choice to cut them down or else just settle for a lower potent smoke. Somebody just told me in the newbie thread to cut them now because 50% of the pistils are orange but day 44 seems a bit to early for me to be cutting plus they are getting more and more frosty by the hour today the tricomes are standing up and multiplying like crazy. Im only looking at them with my eyes no microscope but they look like atomic bomb clouds if you know what i mean :bigjoint:little mushrooms

dude i hope you let them buds plump up cus they got alot of swelling up to do still, pistils dont tell you shit about when to harvest! let it go beyond 60 if you have too. theres some1 else who grew this strain and let it go for 72 days and was well worth it.. good luck and please dont early harvest lol

I agree with autoflowa! whoever told u to harvest now dnt know what they are talking about!!! IMHO, I think u should jus go get a jewlers loupe or sumthing...radio shack has them....that is the "REAL ONLY WAY" to tell when it is time to chop!!!! listen, if more than 1 person keeps tellin u this, why dont u jus invest $15 and buy a scope/magnifying glass????? seems like a no brainer to us all......Other than that the look really healthy and are growing perfect.....seems a shame if you chop now??!!!!!! peace

he didn't say he was going to chop at 44 days, he only asked if we all thought it would be ready before 60
edit: some newbie said to him to chop now

You were given bad advise when told to cut now...
Buds put on most of their weight towards the end of harvest.
They'va a awhile to go yet, and looking damn fine too..
can you lower the humidity anymore...?

True i did not say i was gonna cut now i just gave a guess to stop feeding bloom nutes and start flushing cause i realize there getting close to harvest . The person who said chop now that 50% pistils were orange had over 1K posts and alot of rep. but my gut feeling said to ignore him even tough he has the experience.

Howz things Jay , the fella who gave me that advice was been a smart ass cause i gave them the finger for not replying to me on the newbie forum i was only having a laugh but it worked in getting me replys/advice he just didnt see the funny side of it and advised me to cut in revenge. I kid you not heres the post. Awful cunt aint he :mrgreen:

The pic with the humidity @ 66% was when they were seedlings on day1 of sprouting, there is very little humidity now since they started flowering.

Heres the million dollar question that might divide people on advice. Should i start feeding them one or two more full dose's of bloom nutes bearing in mind i flushed 4 liters of distilled water through each plant yesterday and the soil is still very wet ( i can tell by the weight of the pots )

now that there seems to be alot more growers giving there input into my grow i just want to stat again that this is my FIRST GROW ATTEMPT hense all the questions on my behalf and i really do appriciate all the replys. Without them my grow would not be half as good as it is now.

Bit of a tool for saying that to you alright.. just imagine you'd actually done it too...:cuss:

It's totally up to you if you feed the plant or not.. when you are growing, you are learning and every grow will get that bit easier and that bit better yields..:dunce:

You've at least 2 weeks if not more, so I would leave it for a few days then feed it with a full dose and then do your final flush with a week to go..;-)
Now, all depends on the plant and how much she uses..:wall:

I kinda made up my mind today anyhow im going to give them 2 more full dose feeding cause the nutes are organic and ill have maybe 10 days for flushing after that so there should be no taste in the smokebongsmilie

kinda forgot about them working on them now just went back to page1 there it look pretty shite alright

ok i cannot edit older posts i did not realize that so it is what it is i will post pics after harvest of there progess week by week about 10 pictures one for each week and final product
