White Mold Trouble

Hi folks I have a few questions about white mold. Had an indoor grow get infested with white mold. Lost most but salvaged 2 plants. Did the hydrogen peroxide bath and put them outside for a few weeks to finish. They looked normal but still nervous about smoking mold.

I see cystolith hairs (non capitate trichomes) the little pointy pikes. I see a tiny bit of perhaps mold on one of the brown pitsils.

To be honest it depends on what kind of mold you have. Powdery Mildew? Some molds make aflatoxins and are therefore much more dangerous. A water pipe should do an ok job of catching any unburned spores.

The stuff I threw out had a beard, pure white.

thought I would use this side of the forum

If Im not sure about mold/mildew on buds, even slightly nervous about it, I chuck it. No need to risk a lung infection or worse. Trust your gut

I think i was mistaking cystolith hairs for mold. 15 years of indoor growing I have never had mold/mildew issues. This year we switched from wood pellets to gas and the shit was all over. Didnt help I got the Flu around the critical pre-harvest time and didnt keep close enough watch. The outdoor stuff might have had 1 bud that had mold, but i cut it off early. The new 60x camera only added to the frustration. Can this shit cross contaminate in the drying phase? The stuff I moved outside is above. I dowsed it with a hydro/watermix. The weather was cold and wet for a week then a week of sun and cold. 32-60 f average.

This was the ww if you guys dont see anything alarming I will keep it.
