nice grow bro. and beautiful dogs, i cant believe u let them in your garden mine are weed munchers and will eat a plant in a second if i turn my back ha. but with the heat i think the sunscreen fabric is prime and still gets good amount of sun just keeping it cool which will help keep growth from stopping when it gets way to hot which in cali it does in some place like where I am from. also its good cover from the sky
Thanks man, those are great looking pups you got there yourself!

*UPDATE* Plants are looking great, almost getting too tall for my liking but a little too late to top them again. I finally got some age old bloom, just a quart though and I used half the bottle today and gave them their first good bloom fertilizing. then I watered pretty heavily to make sure it went in deep and they didn't get burned. also finally separated the potted plants from the garden to make my side secret garden for my piece of mind.

Today when I bought the bloom fert I still got my 20% off employee discount at the store I used to work at which was cool cause it made it less than ten bucks, kinda weird though cause I haven't worked there in almost 2 years. they had free samples of dutch master saturater which I guess is to help foliar feeding. I haven't heard anything about this product if you have let me know. I think I'm going to use it with a bunch of kelp and a tiny bit of fish to do a foliar feeding thiss evening. I might not use it though because I have had great results without it.

A giant branch broke off one of my tree's so I put it in a bottle of water and am going to take cutting off it later. It broke off a week ago and i taped it back on and it was doing fine until i sprayed my plants with water today and it fell off again. instead of wasting my time trying to tape it back on i just ripped it off, it was in the way of my walking path anyways. it looks like it would of been a good couple of oz's though..

Anyways hope you enjoyed the update, let me know what you think and happy growing!

So one of my potted plants that hadnt shown me it's sex finally turned male. I let it go a little long, luckily no pollen sacks were open yet. here's a couple pics of it and me taking a cutting off it to save some pollen.

Also another little male I dangled back and forth between life or death for awhile to see how tolerant this strain was to drought.... then I let it die and sit there and look pathetic.

Also some pics of the clones I just took off my sat-lav, hash plant, and jack herer.

And a goodnight pic of the ladies.

Peace.

Looking solid there.. I am in the market for a guard dog....... You think that big branch would have rooted if you gave it the time???

I doubt it, it wilted really bad just sitting in that jar for a few hours. which is weird because I have had other cuttings last days or almost weeks in a vase without wilting. must of been because it was such a big branch. after I took cuttings off ans sprayed them and put them in the hydro-dome they perked back up though.

Finally got a bunch of mollasses. fed my plants a real good dose and they are already responding to it. the ones that are just starting to flower jumped up a foot and the jack herer thats already in full bloom is starting to smell great!

+ rep for that question! all my sativa's are late to flower! the only ones with actual buds on them so far are my jack herer and my hash plant. I believe the jack will be done in about a month and the hash plant in a week or two after that.

Thnx man. I have super critical haze a dominant sativa and it has yet to flower while my indica is 2 weeks into flower. Ill post ba link I need to update but you can keep track of mine if you want too.

sativas dont flower because of photoperiod(time of year) the same way indica's do, the generally just flower when the plant is chronologicaly ready (how long its been growing). in otherwords your just gonna have to wait it out for those sweet psychedelic sativa's!

It feels like I've been neglecting my grow journal, so here's a couple night shots of the bitches sleeping before I can get some good ones tomorrow. they are poppin off and getting way taller than I want even though I've topped them like 10 times. getting to be about that time to put the tent up out there next to them!

that last pic is my single jack herer clone. didnt get nearly as big as my one last year because all the plants from seed dwarfed it and started shading it. clipped off a bottom bud and dried it in the oven and it still tasted super bomb through the grassy taste. should be done oct 1. the rest of my plants prob got till the end of oct.
