That in itself wont raise jack your right. But it will make the area smaller to manage and i can bung a heater in the tent then

Gave the girls a full strngth feed and full root tonic yesterday. It was by mistake though as i was meant to only give half strength but just wasnt thinking. Hope things will be ok. I would have thought nute burn would show up quite quickly and today was no sign of damage so ill just have to wait the week out and see.
My major concern (well one of many) is that im not to sure if my feeding schedule is too much? I used some calculator thing some guy posted:

Ive got ~3 weeks left till i should be getting my new MH/HPS and with any luck slap a tent together next weekend. Ill make it outta just plain 2x1 pine with builders plastic acting as the wall. Ill then coat the plastic in either foil or high sheen paint. Ill make it to a normal grow tent size (2x2x2) and bung a heater in there to boost the tempts a lil. I noticed my tempts are getting as low as 13C atm with an average of 17C.

These are the biggens. I got another 5 small ones and transplanted them into the bigger 6" pots. SO that makes 11x 6" pots now. The rest ill leave in thier cups till i either run out of room or they start to get TOO root bound.
This weekend i PLAN on doing my grow tent so i can add a heater to raise tempts and still looking at 3 weeks till i can get my ballast. Either way im happy with the growth they are getting as i woudl say its tripled in size in just the last week

hmmm must not be an interesting thread. O well, in case people wonder about its growth and what not heres an update.

subbed and just started my first coco grow too cant wait to see how it goes
just member coco holds water extremely well so whilst still you no need to over water as long as your water is pH bal`d it should be ok as coco gives you a good buffer im only watering my babies 50ml X 2 a week and 150ml on the third water
these are only 3 weeks since putting the seeds in im on an EC of 1.6 now have just slowly ramped it up and hope to have them feeding on EC2.0 within a week then they should just go bammm

they were streched thin and dead under the main leaves

Mine dont seem to be doing TOO bad under the fluro. 29th of June i get my 400w though
Mate you have several KW of light...you need to learn to manage it better lol.

no MH here yet i only have 4X2ft flouro`s going on 18/6 im using house&garden coco neuts as-well as the H&G multizyme (which since adding they are just pumping)
my veg box has a constant temp of 25-26 deg and during lights out at night will drop to about 18-20

I see in the right hand side of the picture u have urself one of them Cheapo Bunnings gauges.. Do urself a favour - find a main road & throw it into traffic.. They're about as accurate as a Psychic Gypsy phone service..

hahaha yer i used that meter for my last grow and thought it was complete shit. Dont worry i dont use it. Its just up with the rest of the garden supplies.
AS for the compost he doesnt care....he has the other side to play with

Also ordered my MH retro conversion which comes in tomorrow or wednesday but got exams so wont get it till thursday. What space can you do with a 400w?...and whats that roughly work out to in terms of plants? For memory i think 4 plants for a 400w right?The rest will be put into the bathroom as they seem to like it there. Not to mention the smell is great....i seem to triple my bathroom breaks though

The ones in the bathroom getting no artificial light anyway. ITs all natural light and i think they actually going into flower lol.
As for the plants under the lights though, they will get the HID this friday (with any luck) but i dont think i will be able to fit 14 in only a 900x900 area so will probably only select the best 4-6 and put the others in the bathroom too. Good thing with the bathroom is its a north facing window so ALOT of light and when it gets a lil smelly in there just pop on the extractor fan and smell be gone
Thankfully its my own bathroom though so noone should really have a need to use it so that helps keep it "stealthed"
Had to hide the fuckers though yesterday when the cops came to check out a break and enter lol......madly dashing with 7 plants drippin with water was a good adrenaline boost

Skiz just catching up on your grow. Looks like you have found a way to save most of the seedlings. How many have you inside under the lights and how many lights you have now??

yer i just dont wanna throw them away. I mean if i can save them and they produce shit or nothing at all its cost me about an extra $10 for materials so hardly any skin off my nose. As for under the lights i was actually JUST up there to check on them. Unfortuantly they grew a little in the past few days and have bent a little as they have hit the lights and had to grow to accomadate this....kinda like a fucked up version of a ScrOG. I took 2 of them down to the bathroom as they are a little too damaged so will need "rehab" to straighten up.
Therefore i know have 9 in the bathroom and a further 12 or so under the lights with a bunch in the compost too. Im still only using 4x 36 watt tubes (two at the back facing forward and two hanging down). I had another two hooked up at different angles but they were kinda on a balancing act and were always close to falling and smashing so i got rid of them.
Tomorrow i get my 400watt HPS though ...i just bought my MH retro conversion today
