so what is "hard water build up"? and is it bad ? what does it do to the plant? if its bad how to avoid it?

here is what i have done but look at the one in the back right i think the stem might have cracked will it fix it self? what should i do to help it?

you need to clean your growroom and lower humidity if it is powdery mildew its a bastard and best to read up on it cos i've never had to deal with it.
be careful not to get water on leaves when watering dont water too often let the soil dry out
you should have potted those plants upto the first true set of leaves all that bendy stem would be under the soil and start growing roots
