Whats the ideal temp and humidity you should keep ur room with 1 week of growth?

i really need help choosing which lights. i have a small cabinet as im only choosing to grow one or 2 lowryder plants at a time. the dimensions are 38cmX40cmX50cm (wxdxh). i have got mylar to coat it and 2 computer fans to act as ventilation.. just need to know which lights really. cheers.

I'd go with a CMH. Good for veg and flowering. 15"x15"x19.7" if I converted right gives you 1.5 sg.ft. A 70W or a 100W would do good. Or you could go with Cfl's.

I Have a Quest. I have a prob w/a ring that appears on the stems of preflowering plants. 3 different varieties elims genetics. The tan thin ring then expands and almost looks like a bamboo joint, and becomes a very weak spot, often breaking. It seems to be outdoors only, sound familiar?

freshly germ'd seeds. haven't sprouted yet...... whats a recommended watering method? still just 1/2 inch rule?

I need help lol Well i left town to go fishing and had a loyal friend watch my guys. I baleave im grow vipers thats what i was told when i got em as seed. I came back and the outer part of my leaves ref to all the leaves on my whole plant the outside edges of all the leaf were a dark yellow and were drooping can any one help thanks. may know more of the condition when sun comes on "Indoors". i had to check while off cause i was scared of the condition sence i left to go fishing. i felt bad cause im always there for em! anyways thats what one looked like when i ckecked any help?

IF your talking germination i do one paper towel wet lay down on plate then another paper towel folded with seeds in the middle of second folded paper towel layed down on top of first one also wet andthen anouther paper towel wet and folded ontop of the two then anouther plate over top. k e p t in dark space

o yeah and there in about 3 and a half weeks flower still need help on the question thanks

I cant seem to get these to stay green, the leaves keep going brown, a new leaf set has grown and is also brown, but the next sprouting leaves are green, what am I doing wrong, is light too close, not enough, missing nutrients?

What do you use to heat it? Please break it down for me. I just ordered some White Indica seed and have NEVER done seeds before and REALLY don't wanna screw it up....

Mine germinated pretty quickly by putting them in a wet towel inside a little plastic case.
I taped the case to the top of my computer lcd, it provided just enough warmth, 2 out of 4 seeds that were 3 years old germinated.

hi there everyone!!! im in need of some advice and would greatly appreciate any. i started my grow last night at about 8 pm. using 6 clones from my local co-op. I'm using grow big nutes from foxfarm. woke up this morning at about 6am and leaves are drooping. I'm using a bubbleponic system and i think it just got over watered. leaves droop heavily and top ones look a tad bit yellowish. this is my first grow and i want to make it count! please help!!!!

I have a question. We're using florescents in our GB and with the weather getting cooler by the day and the fact that we don't have central heating in our home, we need to know how to make sure our plants are warm enough. Any suggestions on heating the GB?

Picking seeds to buy, and I want to if you can clone autoflower plants and grow togeteher with a 18/6 hour light cycle? Also while Im on it any suggestion on seeds, where to buy, strains? I grow in 4ftx6ft room 400 hsp light in soil, thanks bud.

This might be a little off topic here, but here goes.
I'm looking for low-cost/no-cost organic nutes to use during flowering. I have 4 plants 2 1/2 weeks into flowering. I fed once during flower using organic banana peels blended in a blender and fermented with lacto bacillus for about a week. Will this work? Any ideas?

I posted a thread for this but in case you don't read it i always need help

So I have only grown once before in regular potting soil and used regular liquid ferts and did NOT ph adjust any water (just used filtered water) and surprisingly got 3ozs off my blueberry, 2oz's off vanilla kush and 1.5 ounces off super lemon haze all from jiffy pot to 3gal to 5gal pot. Problem tho was my vanilla kush came out with an insane amount of seeds and my lemon haze turned hermie but not quite as many seeds but terrible taste and not strong. Blueberry thankfully smokes grrrrrreeaaatt and no seeds at all.

This grow I would really like to have no hermies or seeds! heh i'm hoping it wasn't the water but i did have a few instances where i stressed the plants a bit, specially the lemon haze when i repotted her, completely bent over 90 degrees. also i'm sure i did a few other noobish mistakes heh. My grow room is crappy and just uses cfl's 24h then i had a tent with carbon scrubber, 400w cooltube with fan for the flower room. I'll be using the same grow room this time except I bought a smaller tent for my flower room because i had to move locations and size was an issue.


So I want my soil mix to be easier on the roots but not too complicated. Do you think there would be a problem with using:

1/3 - potting mix (from home depot, rona, etc)
1/3 - perlite
1/3 - worm castings from hydroponics store


Right now I have 3 feminized seeds germing, a Great White Shark, Barney's LSD and Barney's Red Dragon. This is how optomistic i am lol. GHS's lemon haze hermied me before and barney's vanilla kush gave me tons of seeds but i have faith they'll come through for me this time!

I was going to put them into jiffy pots with just regular potting soil and just do the 3 part mix for the next/final 3 gal pot. That was my other question is it really important to go from jiffy pots to 1 gal pot then to 3 gal if 3 gal is going to be my final size, or can i just go from jiffy pots to 3 gal pots and still be ok? I know larger pots are better but I don't have the room for them in my new tent.

i think i have white flies..there only around the rim of the pot of my blue dream mother, noone is flying yet, it seems to have aphids also, how do you get rid of them? ive had so many problems with pests, im about ready to give up, this summer its just been bad HELP!

hello been looking around all day on here but haven't been able to find nething about what i'm looking for

the question: i have a 1000w hps and mh light, and a flowering white widow

also in the tent i have some 2 wk old plants

now can i have the hps light in for the 12 hrs that widow is in the tent

then switch to the mh while it's not in there will this cause ne problems

Please someone help havent been able to find nething newhere on this
