Who else is growing GG #4? I know @Renfro has a monster journal with his GG #4 that I have been following. Who else can share there current or past GG grows?

Here are mine, currently day 28 flower, 3.5 ft tall starting to pack on some weight. SUPER stoked about this strain, always been a fan favorite of mine. They smell marvelous, the amount of frost is just mind blowing for me. So sticky! I cannot wait to cut these fuckers down. A full day or two of trimming and some sore hands will be worth it. Hoping for at least 6oz dried so I don't have to grow again until end of summer.

Does anyone know where I can find seeds for the original strain???
http://www.ggstrains.com/
those are the guys that created it and according to them they only give clones to authorized partners so you have to register and a bunch of stuff and get hand picked by them to grow their trademarked strain

https://www.nirvanashop.com/marijuana-seeds/980-original-glue-feminized.html
heres the same genetic cross that nirvana sells as GG4

lots of other people selling something labeled as some type of glue.

i think the real answer to your question is you can't. unless you get a clone from the dudes themselves or send a sample to their genetic testing facility to be confirmed its tough to say. but the #4 in gg4 is signifying a phenotype so i'd be dubious of any seeds. a specific phenotype would be clone only.

Thing about a phenotype from a first generation of a cross is you often get hybrid vigor. Attempts to stabilize a strain through successive breeding will generally eliminate this hybrid vigor in exchange for seeds that don't vary too much when grown (stable).

nice even canopy well done. Your shit is gonna get jammed packed like mine lol
Nice plants. Yours looked like they stretched a lot. Maybe I just tucked mine longer? I dunno. First scrog.

That photos was 3 days ago.

It’s now day 10 since the light change.

I had 8 or so mains starting to reach above the rest. So last night I supercroped the mains on both plants. This morning they look amazing. Didn’t get a pic before lights out.

I will in another 12hr.

yea they went into stretch mode hard. didn't expect them to stretch so much, you can see where the net is, thats where the tops were starting to grow into, than just exploded once I flipped lol. However I did zero training. Only thing I did was move long branches to the outside of the net and shorter to the middle but they still got rather tall.

What Breeder are they from.
When did you stretch stop.

Pics look 4-5weeks flower ?

Mine has not stretched as much as I expected. I don’t think I’ll be able to fill the last bit of screen. I will see.

Funny enough. The one to the left is Sativa. And the GG4 is taller.

After a 3 year hiatus we finally got her back. Day 1 after transplant into Cyco's coco bits. Had to keep them in the e-z cloner for 4 weeks to keep on a schedule. The roots appeared on day 8. They will go under the scrog net in about 5 weeks after some lite training. The mom is a beast of a plant...we put it in flower a couple of weeks ago. I'l get some pics at work today and post later tonight.

This Tuesday marks 6 weeks since flip. The seeds are from ILGM.

Starting to harvest as they finish. Going to harvest slowly as trimming takes way to fing long. Took me 4 hrs to trim just the few branches I already harvested.

Half of one plant (the oldest) had a crap ton of amber trichs on 5 or 6 branches so I harvested 1 half plant so far the other half some are going amber and some still have a week or two. The other 3 plants still have at least 2 weeks left.

Pretty solid mid to top buds. Larfy stuff as usual on the bottom nugs.
