and obama made a point to say he would not wear a flag pin and he would never put his hand on his chest during the national anthem
he obviously respects his wife and she doesnt like america and his favorite pastor is the same way
so i dont see how your above reply refutes any of this

so seeing the above evidence allows me to deduce that there is a good possiblity that he does not like america and wants to change her

Obama's pastor's words (notice the dual genitive, in essence removing responsibility from the first noun) were interpreted and juxtaposed intentionally for the reason of providing foundation for facetious claims. And besides, the pastor said, NOT Obama. When I was a kid, my parents raised us Catholic. I attended church with them. I was even a server and knew the priest. It was later found out that he was quite the child molester in his past. So do I support the molestation of children because of my weak and tenuous association with that priest? Ridiculous.
Michelle's statement seems to be WAY out of context (if she even said that). Show me where she made this claim.
And the fact that Obama doesn't wear a pin is meaningless. What the fuck purpose does the pin serve? That he supports the US? Over whom? Of course he supports the fuckin' US - he's the president! He doesn't need to blindly follow silly, meaningless traditions just because some obtuse fuck might become offended if he doesn't oblige. Do you realize how silly you sound?
And the hand over the heart? Who cares? Usually, smart people do this thing called free thinking. They think about dogma and tradition and engage in said dogma when it aligns with their reason and purpose and refuse to participate in dogma which serves NO purpose. Do you expect all presidents to follow every tradition set forth by previous presidents? He doesn't want to wear the fucking pin - it states the obvious and is therefore unnecessary. What's your rationale for the reason he MUST wear a fucking flag pin?

Basically the way people are trying to put out there that Obama hates America, and are afraid for the country, or crying that they want their country back, means that they are questioning the country. And so by the same logic you place on Obama, there is a "very good" chance that you too hate America.
It is a piss poor argument.
Adding to this. The pastor was talking about http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuskegee_Study_of_Untreated_Syphilis_in_the_Negro_Male This when he made that speach, and had very good reason to.
Basics of it:
So the government did a 40 year study watching these people die and not treating them, and charging them for coffins and funerals of them and their infected families. They kept the truth from them to see what would happen if the disease ran the full course (which was horrible) by not giving them the drugs that were already in place.
After talking about those events for an hour and talking about how the children died people going blind, wives where were not part of the experiment getting sick and dying horrible deaths, because a group of doctors wanted to see what happens, I think it would be hard pressed for anyone to be in love with the country.
Do I think that Rev. Wright is a nut, yes. But that just happens to be a time that he had a very good argument for it.

You know I'm Canadain and I have been reading your posts and watching your News about how you guys feel .Obama is to blame for whats not right with America today and your really dogging him as if he had or has somthing to do with all the shit your in right now! Now I may be going out on a limb here and this is why I usually don't post to boards as I hate back lashes but here it goes.. obama has spent more money in the past 7 months than bush did during his 8 years as president and after fighting 2 wars and bringing us out of the worst attacked on american soil while destroying an intrenched enemy
this country was fine before obama came to "change" everything
the only problem was the economy going south at the end of his presidency and that was cuz the democrats since clinton were forcing mortgage companies to give loans to people who could not afford it so that they could get re-elected and so clinton could be like see home ownership has risen by the millions in my presidency
and now after they all default they try to blame it on bush like everything else.
but it was bush who went to congress before the meltdown and told them they must reform these lender or there will be a catastophe.
guess what, they we so busy saying "bush lied people died" that they told him to piss off we are too busy tearing you down to do anything about it
then obama comes around playing on this hate
