I think what she is saying is the burden of proving his orders were lawful would have meant that Obama would have to present a BONA FIDE birth certificate to the Military court. Obama quite smartly, chose not to. It lends more credibility that he is not qualified to be president, else he would not start a precedent such as with this Officer.

You really think this will be "the biggest mess in the history of the United States"? Even when there are *legitimate* important issues needed to be dealt with? It seems unlikely. Every judge this case has been brought too has thrown it out immediately. Even old school conservative judges won't bother with this epic waste of time.
Also, where's my thanks? I proudly voted for him and I'll continue to proudly support him in the White House. Tanks fer nutin! :lol:

Are you kidding me? If this doesn't mean the biggest mess in history, the US is finished as a fair and true society, I'll tell you what. It means every law Obama has signed is ILLEGAL and NON BINDING. It means his being thrown out of office - impeached. If this rule of law is broken, that's one big problem. if this rule of law is broken and then IGNORED.... we are finished as a great nation and might as well put up a Banana Republic flag to make it official.

ya she over reached but I dont think the military would cancel his orders to deploy unless they had no choice. as now, anyone who wants to get out of serving in the military can file the same type of suit and the military has just opened the door for this to happen all over the united states


the Military would never do this willingly as you can see the future issues this ruling is going to crop up in the hundreds atleast

I cant wait untill hundreds of service men who want to be sure thier commander and chief is legit before he sends them to their deaths file the same type objections

I think at the very least they deserve that from our president before he sends them to thier possible deaths.

but it seems he cares not for thier concerns?

he tells them "hey go fight this war I say it is just" but yet he is unwilling to submit his elegibility to issue such orders, making them have to kill on faith that what they are doing is legal by the law.

this is ugly so ugly, if i was in the military and had a commander and chief that had such little respect for his soildier in arms i would tell him to piss on a turd too until he can find the time in his presious day to pull out a piece of paper showing he was "born in the USA" as they say

why would you fight to the death for such a man?

Can't stand him, I have never been so disappointed in a Pres of the US like I am him. He just thinks he's a celebrity he's a movie star wanna be, just can't memorize his lines, needs a telapropter.......LOL

Strange, so you're telling me that if Arnold Schwarzenegger suddenly claimed to really be a US Citizen, or, here, let's go one that will illustrate the point even better.

You're telling me that if it had been Bush that was surrounded by these doubts about his citizenship that you would not be demanding that he show his proof?

This is hardly a matter of "National Security" except perhaps in the case that Obama's continued refusal to release his birth documents and thus prove his citizenship inspires some one to try killing him, because they don't believe that he is actually eligible to be president.

The continued refusal by the Obama Administration to make this information public is imbecilic, as it is playing right into the hands of its detractors.

Of course, if the accusations are true then one can see quite clearly why Obama and his sycophants would be so fanatical in their efforts to hide the truth.

A bit hyperbolic, don't you think? In the grand scheme of things, even if Obama was born somewhere else (which I highly doubt), it wouldn't matter all that much. It certainly would not be the biggest mess in the history of the United States. Thus far, Iraq and Vietnam take the cake.
