Why are leaves curling down like this? Help please!

Phosphorous deficiency mainly and a bunch of other minor ones. Up your nutes like 25% most leaves should flatten out in a day or two. If it’s been like that for awhile they will probably stay curled. They won’t get that nice green color back but new growth should be normal

Okay thank you they just turned like that earlier today some time. Check yesterday they were not like that.
 
have you been giving it calmag? and making sure its watered? and whats your humidity at?
It was dry i think that may have caused it. Watered them will see what happens. Just started using calmag 2 weeks ago. Plants were having problems and needed it bad.
 
also what PH are you watering them with...

and whats your watering frequency like? every day? every other day? etc
 
Bad watering practice is different to under watering/overwatering but your stems are purple unless its genetic I would look at on how much fertiliser your using.
