why are work days eight hrs long minimum?

after readin all comments its so obvious that we are "modern age slaves" so to speak....

State and federal workers (especially highway crews!) put in lots of hours but they work about 10/week.

Hahahaha except you fdd2blk........ funny cause I as well go to sleep @ work for about 1 to 3 hrs literally...... but there are others mainly the ones that work for corpoorate business that really do seem as if they are modern age slavery..... I used to work @ one point for seven eleven and that's shit is really like slavery...... fuck you 7/11....

Now I work for my son when he needs me.

The traditional work week is 40 hours, or 145 hours per month, which is normaly made of 7:30 per day plus saturday morning.

I make anywhere from 28-40 dollars Canadian an hour depending on certain circumstances and which company I go with. Some place pay higher side, but no benefits. Others lower, but full medical and dental and life insurance packages.

So glad the dollar here is par with the US dollar.

I know girls who make 2.10 one day giveing blow jobs........I asked who gave her the dime....she said all of em.

4 days a week and friday is just 4 hours then done for the weekend

no just make phone calls to people who donate money to colleges and then i take their money and give it to the college and get paid big bux.. easy peasy lemon squeesy
its a good thing i can finally have a job i can just relax and get stoned at. when i was in the army, i had to walk almost a mile away from the rest of my platoon just to get some privacy to smoke a bowl in the woods. Then i had to worry about people with freaken night vision seeing me cuz they can see my flame when in light a bowl like 2 miles away with nods.

It was the only thing that kept me going for those long 24 hour guard dutys
