WHY is this happening to me?!?!?

Specs:
-Lowryder 2 ak
-fox farm ocean forest soil
-1 gal pots
-82 degree avg temp
-70 percent avg humidity
-did not over/under water


Germination went well, but i planted them a half inch deep and all three seeds come up with the damn seed case on them.

People say oh, nature works its course bull... after 3 days i decide to pop the casings off and the seeds are rotted to hell.

that sucks, been forever since i've growen seeds but i would help the seed shell off after a day or 2

It happens because of moisture or humidity issues. In all three isolated incident's of mine, the casings did not come off because there was no humidity dome, and soil was dry on the surface. They continued to grow until the casing cuts circulation off from being dry and hard. The inside rots, and your left with a green tooth pick.

Yeah - I was told also to leave them be. I didn't listen - took them off after a day, and glad I did, because two of the seedlings already had damage from the shell. Next time - remove them with a tweezers - very, very gently.
