Why sooooo different???

Why are the size & shape of my 2 AK's small, inconsistent, & soooooo different from each other?
Any suggestions to help me get the most compact, thick, narly buds out of my plants consistently?
I grew both in 3gal pots with FF Ocean Forest. I used 1/4 teaspoon (250ml) of FF Big Bloom & 1/4 TS of FF Grow Big in veg & then 1/4 big bloom & 1/4 Tiger Bloom in flower. I use RO water ph'd to 6.5 & temp was at 74F until plants were 48 days old but then for 4 days I had a heater go out & temps dropped to 43F. I used a 400w Ceramic hallide for these from start til now & will harvest in about 10days.

Use a High-Pressure-Sodium bulb for flowering, MH does not provide the necessary spectrum for perfect and large buds as it is a veging light.
Sure as you have shown you can use MH for flowering but the yield/size will be affected if using a MH on its own.

Yea, the CH was supposed to do a much better job than the standard MH during flowering so I tried it because it was a lot cheaper than a LED, but I am now using a Spydr 600 LED for some plants that are now 5wks old & so far it is kicking butt compared to where the plants I grew with CH were at 5 weeks.

where did you get the seeds from ?

an MH can grow good bud if you know how it`s normally got more frost but you get a bit less but some people think more blue spectrum makes things faster hps can take 2 weeks longer than some more blue lights

Looks to me like one flowered faster than the other the more hairy plant could probably run 2 weeks longer that the one in the 1st pic and be around the same level of ripeness, there sisters at best not identical twins

but I find triacontanol can help with bud size but learn your basics 1st npk, cal mag, when to add extra pk and so on

Yea, I still have a long long way to go!! I mean, I am crawling along just fine, but everytime I stand up to walk I bust my azz!! lol

Oh, and I got the seeds from Nirvana...

Ah ok well sometimes they introduce some fresh pollen into their strains and such and this can be why you get more variation

Only the breeders and someone that`s grown that particular family of seeds would be able to tell you exactly why, try seedfinder.eu for some info or some other site ??
